Technical Support

Summary

Drive Master for NT is an extremely intuitive and easy tool to use. The documentation gives a complete description of how and when to use the software. If any questions arise that are outside the scope of the documentation please call Technical Support. We often have experience with unusual situations, and may be able to suggest another way.

As with any data recovery method, we cannot guarantee 100% success 100% of the time. We hope that Drive Master NT will prove to be a useful tool in many situations, but no tool will fix everything.

Technical support information:

Our website address is http://www.datadepo.com

Our USA tech-support message line is 727-446-3402 or 727-535-3281. Please leave a message, and we will call you back at our expense.

Our technical support is open Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.

Calls are returned in the order that they are received. Our turn-around time is usually less than an hour, but at peak times (large virus attacks etc.) it may be several hours.

If you do not hear back within 2 hours you should return the call. Over 22% of our callers forget to leave their phone numbers (then complain that we did not call them back) Sometimes the messages are full of static or line noise (3%) and we cannot understand the message. It is better to be safe, and call back.

Customer Support or Refunds:

Our technical support is offered by the developers. If you need a refund, or new disk you must contact the vendor that sold you the software. The technical support people do not work for your vendor. This is to ensure that they have only your interest in mind. They have no loyalties to any of the vendors, and can look at your problem and try to help.  Please direct any questions concerning shipments, refunds, or replacement disks to the company that sold you your program.

Loading a Mouse Driver:

We have included a few shareware and public domain mouse drivers on disk. (as a convenience to you.)  We try to auto-load the most common at boot-up.  If this does not work, you may try the others that we provide, or use the driver that came with your mouse.
