Caution-Do not change these numbers unless the drive alignment does not match

All of the critical data heads, sectors, cylinders, LBA Sectors may be updated on this screen. Just place the mouse over the field containing the data and click. The field will be displayed as black text on a white background. You may then edit the field. When finished press ENTER.
Updating the head, sector, or cylinder data will also update the LBA Sectors data. However, updating the LBA Sectors data will not affect the other data.
Caution should be used with this editor. It should only be used when the drive alignment does not match. You may damage a file system further if the data is incorrect.
When do I use this command?
1. If you have had to move the drive from one BIOS type to another. The
different BIOS calculate LBA settings and total cylinder settings in different ways that will skew a drive geometry. Use this screen to get the geometry back in alignment.2. If NT has pushed past the 1024 cylinder limit. If this happens try setting
the cylinders 1027 to get the drive back in alignment.
