On-Line pcwiz inc Distributor/OEM/Sales Rep Application. This SECURE On-Line application allows us to determine whether you are qualified to bundle or sell our products, and lets us know about your special needs. You can fill it in on-line, and when you submit it, it will be stored on our server in an encrypted form so others cannot read it.

Distributor - OEM - Sales Rep Application	35k - This is similar to the above distributor application, but it is in a Word 97 Doc file format.
Distributor Agreement.	43k - This agreement is for those who want to purchase and resell our products as a dealer/consultant, or as a traditional distributor.
Independent Sales Representative Agreement	53k - This agreement is for individuals or companies who want to sell our products, but do not want to buy and stock them, and who get paid commissions for their work. Typical use is by those who set up retail distributors or OEM customers on our standard contracts.
Combined Distributor & Independent Sales Representative Agreement	50k - This agreement is for individuals or companies who want to sell our products, but who want to have the option to buy and stock them, or just to take orders and get paid commissions for their work. Typical use is by small operators who stock one or two volume products, but to keep inventory cost down they sell some others without stocking them.
PC Clinic OEM Agreement.	57k - This agreement is for PC builders or manufacturers who want to bundle PC Clinic or one of our other software or hardware products with products they assemble or manufacture for sale as a combined product.
Corporate Volume Purchase	42k - This agreement is for companies who want to buy pcwiz inc products in large volumes for internal use and not for resale. Typical use is by third party maintenance companies who want to outfit field engineers, or corporations who want to use our test products throughout the company
Corporate Site License Agreement	38k - This agreement is for companies who want to buy pcwiz inc Inc products and reproduce them for internal use and not for resale. Typical use is by corporations having a special need to use a software product internally.
Foreign Language Translation Agreement	40k - This agreement authorizes distributors or others with appropriate skills to translate our English language documents to non-English languages, and to publish translations locally. Typically this is for distributors in countries outside the USA to help make national versions of pcwiz inc products, and thereby facilitate sale of those products in their countries.
