node: Novice or User.
Novice does not run tests till connected (ideal for
service customers). The User version runs all the tests,

- The Controller version (for your technicians or dealers)
is priced separately.
- PC Clinic OEM is for bundling with a product or service
of greater than $100 value, and may not be resold or
sublicensed separately.
- First 3 months projected usage must be paid in advance. A
discount is available for annual prepayment. A $500
up-front customization fee is required for putting

- We provide master diskette of the most recent version of
the software and quick reference. We quote separately for
